While I managed to take a few thousand photos over the weekend (at two weddings), I didn’t have a chance to snap any personal photos for this weekend’s recap! I ran in the Beach to Beacon 10K on Saturday morning before heading off to my first wedding of the weekend. Running that race brings me such happiness – you don’t run more than ten yards at a time without passing a smiling, enthusiastic spectator on the course. It’s incredible to see the town of Cape Elizabeth (and the surrounding communities) come together for such an event.

After such a tiring weekend, I’m looking forward to enjoying a low-key Monday (complete with a massage!) and spending some time with our friends, Emily & John, tomorrow on one of the prettiest islands in all of Maine. (I took the photo above there just a few weeks ago and fell in love with this dog, Dodger.)
