This weekend was an exciting one – Michael & I hosted our very first yard sale on Saturday! Over the past five years of living in Maine, we’d accumulated way too much stuff, so we decided to do a bit of spring cleaning and try our hands at a yard sale. I’d say it was a success! We met tons of people from our neighborhood, made a little money, and got rid of boxes upon boxes of old stuff that was just collecting dust. Our friend, Adam, even supplied us with a hashtag for the event – #swagaintcheap!
After a long day wheeling and dealing in the driveway, we celebrated with a meal at Boda. The next day was spent working in the yard, drinking Mint Juleps with friends, and hosting an early Mother’s Day dinner for my mom. All in all, a wonderful weekend filled with many great memories!
