Michael, Orvis, and I survived another Maine heat wave this weekend by escaping up to my family’s farm in Wiscasset and sleeping in the air-conditioned Airstream camper. After spending a few nights in our 87 degree bedroom, a night in the cool camper was absolute bliss! Plus, Orvis got to take a dip on the river and run wild with his pal, Mason.

Saturday night we ventured out to Muscongus Bay Lobster Company in Round Pond for dinner where I might have just found my new favorite lobster roll in Maine! We stuck around for a bit on Sunday to hear the Wiscasset Fiddle Fest at the farm before heading back to have dinner on the patio with some friends and their pups – another amazing summer weekend in the books!
