I whipped up a batch of these breakfast bars (using dried cherries instead of apricots) from A House in the Hills last night – they make for a delicious breakfast or snack to have around the house.

Reading through Travel + Leisure’s list of 100 Places to Eat Like a Local is definitely worth your time this weekend. We were especially excited to see that Chase’s Daily in Belfast made the list!

I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Michael might make me this French omelette from A Cup of Jo at some point this weekend… nudge, nudge.
